The winning photos are featured in this statewide photo exhibit that promises to link history, generations and cultures as it travels across Nebraska for the state’s sesquicentennial celebration in 2017.
Presented by Hildegard Center for the Arts, in collaboration with the Nebraska Tourism Commission and the Nebraska State Historical Society.

August 20th - 1:30pm. Astronomer Derryl Barr Presentation - The Science and Art of the Eclipse - The observation and study of solar eclipses is one of Barr’s greatest passions, taking him to all seven continents. Most recently, he returned from Indonesia, his 22nd solar eclipse. Barr will present Nebraska’s role in “The Great American Eclipse of 2017,” and will share his outstanding photos and experiences. Tickets $10 each.
